SLP Book Club is a community of speech therapists, parents and teachers with the goal of connecting and learning through discussion about books in the areas of child development, behavior, communication and productivity. 

The SLP Book Club hosted Kat and Kailey and asked them to discuss The Sound Tales Series and the mission here at Yellow Finch Learning Company. In this episode you will hear about our journey to publish books, how SLPs and teachers can collaborate, how language and literacy are intertwined and Kat’s experiences as a teacher during the shift from The Workshop Model to instruction aligned with The Science of Reading.
